WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR, HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE?

We recommend solid-colored Christmas Pajamas, deep reds and greens look great on our set. We love nightgowns for the girls, ropes for the boys, and bare feet are preferred. Another option would be holiday dresses and pant sets.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SESSION?

Your child will receive his or her own private appointment with Santa, giving them a real chance to visit with the jolly man. They will be in awe of Santa’s magic excited to discover what’s in his red bag. The private session with Santa Claus includes an hour to do several activities have cookies and take-home gifts from Santa. Also included is one 5x7 heirloom portrait 

HOW LONG IS THE SANTA SESSION? 

Our sessions are booked back to back all day long and we have blocked off ninety minutes just for your family, 45 to 60 minutes of Santa time, and 30-45 minutes to view your images and order. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session dressed and ready for your visit. Your session includes your visit with Santa immediately followed by your viewing/ordering session where you will place your memorable keepsake order. Orders placed and paid for that day will receive a 10% discount.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE/CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?

You must be on time for your session or risk forfeiting it. Our sessions are booked back to back all day long and we operate at full capacity. All sessions are generally non-refundable.  You may reschedule if there is a time available the same for a $15 rescheduling fee. 

WILL WE SEE OUR IMAGES ON THE SAME DAY?

You will view your images immediately following your session. Often a grandparent or loved one will take the children home following the session but we will provide activities to help keep your children busy while you order.

WHAT TYPE OF INVESTMENT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Although no purchase is necessary, most people fall in love with what we create and want to have these images as a keepsake to look back on forever…long after their children outgrow the magic of Santa. Our portraits start at $30 and our wall art begins at $499, our storybooks run $699.  Some families spend $60, others spend $1,500, and a typical investment at our studio is $900. We only have one package, but we’ll curate the order you desire, and based on your needs get you the best value.

 

CAN WE JUST GET DIGITALS?

We are not a digital studio, we specialize in artwork, heirloom albums, and folio boxes. However, you are gifted digital files of any photo you purchase.

DO I HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING OR JUST COME FOR THE EXPERIENCE?

There is no minimum investment required on sessions, however, most people plan to invest in one of our storybook albums.
